What happens when a prepaid card expires?

The Card will expire on the date on the front of the Card. However, the funds do not expire. After expiration of the Card, you may request issuance of a card with the remaining balance, minus a card issuance fee that will be deducted from the remaining balance.

Can you use an expired prepaid card?

If you do have an expired card, you may contact Customer Service to receive a new card in order to use the remaining funds. There is no fee to replace an expired card; funds do not expire.

Can a rebate card expire?

The Credit CARD Act of 2009 prohibits gift cards from expiring before five years from the date of purchase or when money was last loaded onto the card.
