- Buy your card. You can buy calling cards at most convenience stores and grocery stores, or you can shop online.
- Dial the access number.
- Enter your PIN.
- Dial the number you are trying to call.
- Hang up when you’re finished with the call.
Can I turn my phone into a prepaid phone?
To turn a contract cell phone into a prepaid cell phone, you must “unlock” the phone for use on a network that offers prepaid SIM cards. You must obtain a special unlock code for your particular device and enter the code to unlock the phone.
How do I make an international call on my cell phone?
Simply dial 1, the area code, and the number you are trying to reach. To call a phone in another country, dial 011, and then the code for the country you are calling, the area or city code, and the phone number.
Can you use phone cards on an iPhone?
